St18 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read the following terms carefully before using the st18 platform. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By registering an account or using st18's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the st18 platform.
To use this platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority as required by the applicable laws in your region.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
- Not be prohibited by any local, state, or federal law from using online entertainment services of this nature.
- Register only one personal account in your own name — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
St18 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and to decline registration applications without providing a reason.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms are announced constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Please check this page from time to time.
Account Creation, Security, and Personal Responsibility
Registration and Account Information
Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended or closed immediately, without prior notice and without any refund of pending balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. st18 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your own failure to protect your login credentials.
Account Security
You are advised to:
- Using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other platform.
- Enable two-factor authentication where available.
- Not sharing your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
- Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
St18 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
Platform Usage Rules and Prohibitions
Users of the st18 platform are prohibited from doing the following:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to interact with the platform.
- Manipulating the system or exploiting technical bugs for unauthorized gain.
- Committing identity fraud or registering using another person's name.
- Using the platform for any money laundering or illegal financing activities.
- Accessing the platform from regions that explicitly prohibit the use of such services.
- Transferring account balances to other users for the purpose of evading verification.
- Registering multiple accounts to claim promotions or bonuses more than once.
- Coordinating across multiple accounts to exploit the rewards system.
- Providing false information to qualify for promotions.
- Engaging in any action that may damage, disable, or restrict platform access for other users.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's servers or databases.
- Distributing viruses, malware, or malicious code through the platform.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of existing balances, and legal action where necessary.
Payments, Deposits, and Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the st18 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made through legitimate payment methods registered in their own name.
Deposit Terms
- Deposits may only be made through payment methods supported by the platform — including TNG eWallet, FPX, and local bank transfers.
- The minimum deposit amount varies depending on the chosen method and is subject to change from time to time.
- St18 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit suspected of being fraudulent or in violation of these terms.
- Any charges imposed by your bank or third-party payment providers are entirely the user's responsibility.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a verified bank account registered in the same user's name.
- St18 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
- Withdrawal processing times vary by method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days.
- Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
St18 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform — including gambling losses, technical service disruptions, unauthorized access by third parties, or any decisions made based on information on this platform. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content on the st18 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of st18 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from st18.
Third-Party Links
The st18 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. st18 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk and subject to the relevant third party's terms and conditions.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms, and Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure
St18 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if:
- The user has violated any of the terms set out in this document.
- Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or system exploitation.
- Registration information provided has been found to be false or incomplete.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the platform's internal policy.
Users whose accounts are closed for any of the above reasons are not entitled to any refund or compensation for remaining balances.
Changes to Terms
St18 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
